Each bouquet comes with a small temporary water source, tissue, and paper for protection. We recommend giving the bouquet on the day of pick-up or delivery, and once received, re-snip the stems and place them in water for optimal freshness.

Delivery Information:
Due to the high volume of orders around the holiday, if selecting delivery, please specify your preferred delivery date. We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times, but deliveries will be made between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

For deliveries to workplaces, please provide hours of operation. If delivering to an apartment or building that requires a code for entry, please include that information as well.

We also require the contact information of the person receiving the delivery (or a designated contact) so we can reach them in case of any issues. In the event of cold weather, we may need to contact them directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.
