We usually ask that you email us your request with details about the event, including location, time, and room layouts if applicable. If you have a list of items or specific needs, please include that as well. Once we receive your guidance and information, we can provide an estimate and a visual proposal tailored to your event.

Yes! Our daily or weekly delivery services keep your office fresh with beautiful, seasonal arrangements. We can also include branded designs for meetings, client gifts, or special events.

Can The Petal Coop handle both large and small corporate events? Yes! We work with all sizes—from multi-day conferences and large summits to small board meetings or office floral subscriptions. We’ve also successfully executed multi-day events out of state.

Our Flower Bar is a hands-on, customizable experience where participants design their own arrangements with guidance from our expert florists. Perfect for team-building, client appreciation events, or trade show activations, it engages your team or guests in a creative, memorable way. This can be done in three ways: at our flower shop from Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–3 PM; at your event with our traveling Flower Bar; or via our Flower Truck, bringing the experience directly to your location.
